Donations are processed instantly in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or international equivalents.
Because funds are immediately allocated to active field projects, charitable donations are generally non-refundable.
We maintain absolute financial transparency and provide structural audit tracking for all institutional partners.

4. Intellectual Property

The branding assets, including the official Gabriel Ndinobi Care Foundation emblem graphic, page layouts, imagery, text structures, and source materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced or used for external marketing without our explicit written consent.

The foundation strives to maintain uninterrupted digital services, but we do not guarantee the website will run completely free of errors or downtime.
